Can You Ban Speech And Love The First Amendment?

I find it amazing how many times liberals tend to contradict themselves. They will say that they support free speech, and at the very same time will sign a petition to BAN speech they disagree with.

  1. It is tragic how people that call them selves Americans so easily trade away other people’s rights. I guess as long as it dose not apply to them personally it’s not important.

I remember my father saying if you do not fight communism you better develop a taste for vodka.

That was then, but what about now? Now, so many people these days are so self involved they can’t see past their own little lives. The bigger picture gets eaten up by what ever they hear others say. They don’t even checking it out further for them selves. Or if it dose not apply to their own little world it is not important. They do not take the time to really think about what the possible long term repercussions might be.

During life under Hitler no one was allowed to listen to Swing music. Why? It represented a different way of thinking. This represents a more free way of life that those kinds of people don’t like. We all have to be the same, after all. HA HA!

Why do people find that hard to swallow? Because they are so insecure that they can’t be wrong. Or maybe it is a threat to who they are and they might have to change. God forbid!

I know we as Americans do not like everything we here. But I still live in a country where no one can shut me or anyone else up, even if we do not like what they have to say. Thank God!

    P.S. But for how long.

  2. As Rush Limbaugh would say, these "skulls full of mush" are being fed lies from the Progressives. Look up the definition of 'Useful Idiots' and see what it says. Interesting reading, for sure.
